TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Please use Recommended Memory Cards only (32GB, 64GB or 128GB)

Also, before first use, format once in PC using FAT32 or exFAT. SanDisk & WD Purple Cards are not recommended.

iPHONE App Connectivity Issues (Live Preview Not Loading/Black Screen etc.)

Please disable mobile data access to Youmera APP in iOS Settings

Video Playback Not Smooth or Green Flashes & Jitters

Please disable H.265 encoding in Camera Settings (accessed after launching live preview while in car) as some smartphones may not support H.265 videos properly.
