Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy
As India's largest dash cam distributor, we go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer service is our top priority, so when you have an issue, it's our issue too. All dash cams sold by NEXDIGITRON come with a 1 year warranty to show we stand behind the products we sell. This warranty protects against manufacturer defects and does not apply to the mistreatment or mishandling of the product. All accessories sold by NEXDIGITRON come with a 180 days warranty. This warranty protect against manufacturer defects and does not apply to the mistreatment or mishandling of the product. For return information of a defective accessory, please visit our Return Policy.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation, water damage, and theft
- Any costs related to removing or reinstalling the product
- Any product that has been altered, defaced, or had the serial number removed
- Any product that was not purchased from NEXDIGITRON
- Hardwire kits, Spares and Installation tools are not covered under warranty
Out of Warranty Repairs
NEXDIGITRON is 100% authorized to work directly with manufacturers, so we can offer repair services for a specified fee that is more competitive compared to other online vendors. Please note that repair services is not available for all dash cam brands due to limitations by the manufacturer.
NEXDIGITRON offers a Hassle-Free return policy where customers may return any unopened item within 30 days of order date for a full refund.
If an item has been opened, but the item and packaging are intact and functional, the item may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
*Return will not be accepted if device is installed/used.
*Hardwire Kits, Installation tools and Spares are non returnable. Only 15days replacement will be provided in case of defective unit. Electrostatic stickers and Heat resistant stickers are non returnable.
*In case of any missing item in the package, customer must inform within 24-48 Hours of delivery. After this period, any claim related to this will not be accepted.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can still return it within 15 days from its delivery date. We will arrange free pickup of product from your address. We will issue full refund amount as soon as item gets delivered to our office and is in intact condition. ( *Return will not be accepted if device is installed/used. )
If you experience a technical problem with any item you ordered, please contact us before initiating your return. Often, a simple settings change or battery charge will fix the problem. Defective items will be replaced at our cost within the warranty period, or 360 days of the order date, whichever is longer, if the issue cannot be otherwise resolved.
If reverse pickup cannot be done from the customer location due to any reason, the customer will have to send the product back to us by reliable courier. We will reimburse the customer up-to a maximum of Rs 150 for the return courier charges. Refund/Exchange will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse.

Returns are allowed for one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- *Return will not be allowed if device is installed/used.
- *Hardwire Kits and installation tools are non returnable. Only 15days replacement will be provided in case of defective unit.
Replacements / Exchanges
If you receive a faulty product and issue can not be resolved by technical assistance from our expert, we make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, NEXDIGITRON reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product.
- Refunds are made to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
- For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds will be made via Bank deposit.
Refunds are instant from our end, it will reflect in your account in -
1. 48 business hours for payment done through wallets.
2. 5-7 business days for payment done through debit/ credit card/Net banking.
Please note that the working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, national and bank holidays.
Limitation of Liability
Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-branded product used in connection with the product.
We offer returns for products provided that:
- The product must include a valid original purchase order number from www.nexdigitron.com.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging without any contents missing.
- Customer will be given a 100% product refund.
- Any order placed on our website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order on the website and making the payment, provided the product has not been already shipped to you. If the user wishes to cancel an order, the user shall drop an email at email@example.com with the order number sent through the email requesting cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
- If any order is returned to us due to the unavailability of the user/Customer, we shall reach out to the customer, and try to resend the shipment. If the customer is not able to receive the item after two (2) attempts, we shall cancel the order and refund 100% transaction price to the customer.
- You understand that any refund claims are valid, provided the item is unused and is in the same condition as when delivered with all packaging and tags intact.
- Any purchase made from our company which is not processed through our website is not covered under the above return/refund policy.
