DDPAI X5 Pro Dual Channel DashCam, 4K Front & 1080p Rear

I wanted say this product is Very good and video clarity is super. But it comes with few minor downsides. Let me list out pros and cons

Pros:
1. Its a plastic, Though its not a premium build quality, But its a decent.
2. RAW Video footage downloaded from the camera is great for both front and Rear CAM. But Direct streaming and preview on Mobile phone app is not at the actual quality of footage. It will be like 360p Youtube quality when preview on App.
3. Though hardwire comes with camera doesn't offer battery protection, Camera DASH cam settings offers this as a feature
Wires and connectors are made on Good Quality.
4. 3M adhesive given behind the camera is super strong.
5. Front Camera has adapter mount. it can be Removed and mounted easily after installed. So when your sticking the adapter in windshield, Make sure it have enough space behind the camera (especially when you install behind the IRVM) to slide back from the adapter.
6. DDPAI App UI is great.

Cons:
1. Sound quality (Welcome Message, Recording notification) is not good.
2. I haven't heard any ADAS warning in LOW sensitive option. Haven't tested with medium and High sensitivity.
3. For this Price, They could have provided built in CPL filter.
4, Hardwire kit doesn't comes with fuse tap adapter, but only with mini fuse adapter. This may not be a problem if your car is not a higher end. In my case there are some additional fuse slots not used which are used for sunroof, side airbags in Higher end model. I took advantage of it. Before order this X5 pro, make sure you have Empty mini fuse slots with terminals inside. Else order Fuse tap adapters (Check the size of fuse in your Dashboard fuse box) along with this product.
5. DDPAI App is not working as expected. Though i haven't faced any issues during the initial setup, whenever i am opening, i am getting DDPAI product ad. It is providing skip option, But skip button is not working. though UI looks good, half of the time few buttons in the apps is not responding and app is freezing from that point. No other option other than force close and reopen. Its not a problem for me as i am not going to use app frequently, only when it is required.

I purchased the version with the battery pack. it was fairly easy to set up, even though the manual is super unhelpful. this replaced a nextbase 512GW in my X3.
Picture quality: The 512 is a 2k camera with a build in polariser. like to like the the PQ is quite similar, considering Nextbase is considered TOTL (this is almost year old, though). at 4k its really quite nice, though i have no benchmark. rear camera is pretty average.

other positives: the 5hz multi constellation GPS. gives a fix quite fast; speed refreshes multiple times per second unlike the other conventional cameras which do it once a sec. (and sometimes take a 2-3 sec average) - this is potentially super useful in a bad situation.
Not checked: the efficacy of the accelerometer or how good the parking mode is.

the negatives - the ios app is horrible. and buggy. camera connections dont happen often and you not always sure the dashcam is recording. there is so much potential that the camera offers, hope they iron out the bugs.

Amazing camera clarity and nice application user friendly interface

Bought this for the top of the line features -4K, and 90 FPS in 1080P... Works as intended, and was shipped super fast to me too!

- Installation was simple.
- DDPAI app is a bit confusing at the start but all good after couple of uses.
- Video quality is best in class.

I'm happy with the product and would recommend it.

PS: Add CFL filters for sunny days and make sure your windshields are clean and dust free for better videos.
