Delivers as it says
I purchased NEXDIGITRON ACE Dashcam with GPS Logger and NEXDIGITRON CPL Filter for ACE DashCam together.
ACE dash cam :- Form factor good, F value 1.8, C type port, Fixing with the bracket is easy, CPL enhanced the video quality.
Video quality is very good and the number plate readability is also good. I am happy to buy this.
Nexdigitron support team is absolutely outstanding. Hope to receive positive response in case I experience malfunctioning of the items.
Dashcam is working fine. Video quality is very good.
Features requested:
1. Kindly include an option to include vehicle registration number or unique code or "instagram id" overlayed on the video.
2. An option to enable or disable 'logo' overlayed on the video.
3. Consider providing one or two cable clips for securing the cable below dashboard of the vehicle.
Bought Ace Dashcam directly from Nexdigitron's website.
Payment through Paytm gateway showed error message, however order was placed successfully, and acknowledgement received from Nexdigitron almost immediately.
Product delivery was fast, and packaging was of good quality.
Installation and pairing with OnReal app were quite easy without any issues. Support through WhatsApp was prompt and very useful.
Dashcam is working fine. Video quality is very good. Windshield glare and reflection during daytime is obvious. Night visibility is also good. Audio recording is weak; however, it is not an issue for me.
Some scope for improvement:
1. User guide card: Should also include instructions for Camera settings and OnReal app features.
2. Explore improving audio recording quality.
3. Consider providing one or two cable clips for securing the cable below dashboard of the vehicle.
4. Product registration: The registration page on the website may be updated to include Nexdigitron brand and the products for registration.
